Venue Policies

  • Patrons are strongly encouraged to wear well-fitting, high-filtration face masks (N95/KN95/KF94), because of the potential for viral transmission in indoor environments where physical distancing is challenging.

Masking is a simple and effective means to curb viral spread and make public spaces more accessible, equitable, and inclusive, as well as safer for vulnerable individuals in our communities. Masking also reduces risk of exposure for touring artists whose livelihood and well-being can be negatively impacted by transmission at events and gatherings.

Click here to review Health Canada’s official guidance on masking.

All individuals onsite are requested to practice physical distancing where possible and practice respiratory etiquette (i.e. coughing/sneezing into a tissue or bent elbow) at all times.

Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 is not currently required.

For full COVID-19 policy, click here.

  • All patrons, regardless of age, are required to have a valid ticket in order to enter Bridgeworks.

Tickets to Bridgeworks events are available exclusively online, through bridgeworks.ca. It is recommended that fans purchase only through the venue’s links to ensure that they receive the most up-to-date event information and are protected against outdated/misleading information or fraudulent sales transactions.

You can find ticket links to upcoming shows on the venue’s website or directly through official ticketing platform Tixr at this link.

Tickets are subject to availability. We do not hold or reserve tickets, and cannot guarantee that tickets will be left at the time of your arrival. We recommend all fans purchase tickets in advance online.

    WAITLIST

Fans who miss out on tickets before tickets sell out can register their interest and payment preferences on the Waitlist that appears on Tixr ticketing pages. When an event sells out, a Waitlist will automatically be generated. Fans can pre-authorize their credit cards for an order of tickets and orders will be immediately fulfilled if and when more inventory becomes available. In order to protect fans from being ambushed by last-minute automated charges to shows they can no longer attend, the Waitlist will expire 48 hours before the show. Click here for more info on Waitlist.

    HARD TICKETS

There is no option to purchase physical tickets in advance of an event. If an event has not sold out by door time, remaining tickets may be available at the door for a modest premium.

    CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued for cancelled events. Ticket purchasers will be informed of event postponements or cancellations via email.

Requests related to the above should be directed via email to office@sonicunyon.com, originating directly from the email associated with the ticket purchase.

  • Aside from permit-only accessible parking, there is no public parking available onsite, and patrons are asked not to park curbside in the neighbourhood directly west of the venue (Caroline south of Barton, Windsor, and the south side of Barton between Hess and Caroline are all permit parking zones for residents).

Do not park in front of houses on the south side of Barton between Hess and Caroline. This is a permit parking area reserved for residents and you may be ticketed/towed.

There are approximately 40 paid parking spots in Municipal Car Park 49 at the corner of Barton and Caroline.

Roughly 200 street parking spaces are available within two blocks of Bridgeworks, located curbside on Hess, Caroline and Tiffany north of Barton. Additional parking capacity may be available at West Harbour GO, two blocks north of Bridgeworks. The station has 300 spaces of surface parking, with access at Tiffany.

Please be respectful of our neighbours when travelling to and from the event.

Bridgeworks was founded out of a desire to showcase the city’s cultural vibrancy and eclectic arts landscape, and remains dedicated to honouring, showcasing and celebrating all varieties of creative work. Bridgeworks is committed to inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility, and strives to create an environment in which all participants may flourish. We are committed to removing systemic barriers to access and opportunity, and to constantly refining and enhancing our operations to serve the community better.

Bridgeworks is an accessible venue with accessible parking and diagonally striped access corridors adjacent to the venue entrance. Stage, bar, and accessible washroom facilities are all conveniently located on the main level. All-gender washroom also features a fold-down baby-changing table.

Most Bridgeworks events are configured as General Admission standing, but a limited number of temporary seats are typically located around the perimeter of the room, where they must remain for safety reasons. (Please note seated attendees at a show ticketed for a standing audience may experience compromised sightlines as a result of height differentials.)
